Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing or using tokens, or otherwise accessing CONCLAVE (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Payment Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

CONCLAVE is an informational tool. You choose a relic and the Oracle returns a reading of it: a rarity tier — from Common through Collectible, Prized and Exalted to the fabled Grail — together with a rarity index from 0 to 100, an estimated market value, how a given asking price compares with that estimate, an undervalued, fair or overvalued verdict, a confidence level, and the reasoning behind it. One token buys one reading.

CONCLAVE does not buy, sell or trade skins with third parties, and no relic is delivered to a Steam account while the platform is in pre-launch. Acquiring a relic in the Vault settles in tokens, at the relic’s token price, from the same balance a reading draws on; during pre-launch those tokens are granted rather than bought, so no card is charged and no money moves, and delivery is deferred until launch. Buying tokens is disabled entirely. The appraisals, estimates, and signals we provide are for general information purposes only. They are not financial, investment, trading, or professional advice, and they are not a guarantee of value, resale price, or profit. You are solely responsible for any decision you make in reliance on the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence, to use the Service. To access most features you must register an account using a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@conclave.academy if you suspect any unauthorised use. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

CONCLAVE is not available to residents of, or users located in, Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba. We refuse access to the site from those countries by IP address and do not open accounts for email addresses registered there.

CONCLAVE operates on a prepaid token model. There is no subscription. One (1) token entitles you to one (1) Oracle reading. Tokens are a prepaid balance held against your account; they carry no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged between accounts, and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Purchasing tokens is currently disabled during pre-launch, and no charges are taken while purchases are blocked.

When paid top-ups become available, payments will be handled by our third-party payment processor, and prices will be shown to you before you confirm. Your statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights are described in our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• ▸use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
• ▸scrape, resell, or redistribute our appraisals or data without our written permission;
• ▸access the Service through automated means, bots, or scripts except via a facility we expressly provide;
• ▸attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• ▸create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or evade restrictions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.

The CONCLAVE name, branding, interface, software, and the models and outputs that power Oracle readings are owned by FUNNELIX SP. Z O.O. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Dota 2, Steam, and related marks are the property of their respective owners; CONCLAVE is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or marketplace.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Skin markets are volatile and prices change constantly, so we do not warrant that any appraisal is accurate, current, complete, or that acting on it will produce any particular result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for tokens in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or €50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity, or anticipated savings.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will give reasonable notice by email or on-site notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and the Polish courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or elsewhere, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your own country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
