Cancellation Policy

CONCLAVE has no subscription and no membership. Tokens are bought once and spent when you consult the Oracle, so there is no renewal date, no plan to downgrade, and no notice period. Walking away costs nothing and requires no action.

You may cancel a token purchase within 14 days of buying it, provided you have not spent the tokens. This is our own policy and applies wherever you are, in addition to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Where tokens from a purchase have been partly spent, we refund the unused remainder at the price you paid for them.

Buying tokens is disabled while CONCLAVE is in pre-launch, so at present there are no purchases to cancel.

An Oracle reading takes seconds rather than minutes, so there is no cancel button for one already running — and you do not need one. If a reading fails, returns nothing usable, or is interrupted, the token reserved for it returns to your balance on its own. The single case where it does not is a reading that completed while you were away: it is waiting in your history, so it is charged as normal.

You can close your account at any time by writing to us. Closing it ends your access to CONCLAVE and to any readings stored against it.

Unspent tokens are forfeited when you close your account. Tokens hold no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn, so if you are owed a refund on an unused purchase, request it before closing the account rather than after.

If we cancel an order or a reading before it is delivered — for example because it cannot be fulfilled — the tokens you paid are returned to your balance in full. We will tell you why. Where we close an account for a breach of the Terms, unspent tokens are not refunded.
