GDPR & Your Data Rights

Last updated: 17 September 2026

A practical statement of your rights under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, and exactly how to use each one here. Where a right can be exercised without asking us, this page says so and tells you where the control is. Our Privacy Policy remains the full account of what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

1. Who the controller is

FUNNELIX SP. Z O.O., of Grochowska 56, 04-282 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0001249286, NIP 1133205977, is the data controller for the personal data described here. For anything in this page, write to support@conclave.academy or to the postal address above.

We do not have a statutory obligation to appoint a Data Protection Officer and we have not appointed one. Requests are handled by the person responsible for privacy at the company.

2. Right of access — self-service

You can ask for confirmation that we process your data and for a copy of it. You do not have to ask: sign in and use Dashboard → Settings → “download my data”, which returns everything held about your account immediately, as one file. If you would rather ask a person, write to us and we answer within one month.

3. Right to portability — the same control

The copy above is structured, commonly used and machine-readable (JSON), which is exactly what the portability right entitles you to. You can take it to another service. If you would like us to send it directly to another controller instead, ask, and we will do so where that is technically feasible.

4. Right to erasure — self-service

You can delete your account yourself from Dashboard → Settings. Deletion removes your personal data except where we are required to keep specific records — accounting and payment records. The Privacy Policy sets out each retention period and the reason for it. We will tell you what was kept and why, and that data is not used for anything else.

5. Rectification, restriction and objection

You can correct your own profile details from Dashboard → Settings. For anything you cannot change there, ask us and we will correct it. You may also ask us to restrict processing while a dispute about accuracy or lawfulness is resolved, and you may object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interests — tell us which processing and why it affects you, and we will stop unless we have grounds that override your objection.

6. Automated decisions

No decision producing a legal or similarly significant effect on you is made by automation alone. Where fraud or sanctions screening delays or refuses a payment, that screening is run by the licensed payment institution that processes it; a person here reviews anything that blocks a payment or closes an account, and you can ask for that review.

7. Withdrawing consent, and cookies

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting anything done before you withdrew it. Cookie choices can be changed whenever you like from “Cookie settings” in the footer — see the Cookie Policy.

8. Complaining to a regulator

If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first — it is usually the fastest way to fix it. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in Poland, where we are established, that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) (uodo.gov.pl); elsewhere in the EU it is the authority for the country where you live, where you work, or where the problem happened. Complaining to us first is not a precondition.
